Structuring a small fleet with LLC's under a Corp??

    Hello members,

    I need to know how to better structure my small fleet business so that all my assets aren't exposed to any potential lawsuit in the case of a catastrophic event from any one truck.

    I own 3 truck-trailers under an s-Corp but I quickly realize that owner operators have a LLC over a corp for obvious reasons.

    After doing a light research I came across this Delaware company that better explains the way to handle a small fleet.
