In my freightliner plascadia i used dbl side sticky tape (3m stuff used to hold platic car parts with,it has the red backing on it).....I took cb mounting bracket and put a few strips on the bottom of bracket and stuck it to the center of my dash...Mounted cb and ran my wires...Strong enough to hold the radio and it will take some effort to remove come that day but it doesnt ruin anything...
Basically i taped my bracket to my dash,trust me it aint moved in 4 yrs..

Finally got my Anytone 6666 going. I’m aware it’s not user friendly, but got it going. Still trying to figure which microphone works best with it, my SRA 198(have the adapter) or the stock mic……….
