none of them are good spots but if you stay in your truck and mind your own you will have no trouble.the mcdonalds by the truck stops is really trashy.go to the truckstop.lock your doors.

 

Take it to 3 2 for that real deal that's 3 2 for those party favors green smoke white smoke take it to 3 2 drivers for that nose candy that high speed chicken feed.......................That dude drives me nutts every time I end up in w.mem. Well really the whole c.b. turns into QVC.... truckwash,bbq,commercial company,and anything else you can imagine.

 

next time you get stuck there, go over by the USA terminal. X279A? park by margaritas (good food) or the southland park casino.

Like slatherd said, either the McDonalds or the Petro. Both are pretty well lite at night. I've stayed in West Memphis dozens of times, without any problem. Actually, I've never had a problem anywhere.

Bad guys look for the "easy mark". Park in a well lighted area, where there are plenty of people. Assess your surroundings before getting out of the truck and note places to avoid. Walk with your head on a swivle, always looking for the bad guys. Never walk with your head down, looking at the pavement. Steer clear of dark areas, between dumpsters and other trucks. Walk with purpose and confidence.

If the bad guys look at you and you don't fit their profile of an "easy mark", they'll wait for one to come along.

I've stayed at the "north" Pilot in West Memphis on a couple of occasions. Never had any issues.
