Seems everytime I park in Missoula, I get stuck. Missoula is the whole reason I carry and recommend people carry cat litter.

Seriously... I just parked here .. tried to adjust, nope. stuck. thankfully all I had to do was lock the differential throw a set of chains under the drives on one side.

Annoying. W/S .. please pave the lot....

Start calling for a wrecker, then they might do something about the muddy lot. Sheesh, what a mess. :biggrin_25516:

That or they'd find a new driver. New driver is probably cheaper. :biggrin_25525:

Same thing happened to me in Helena. Solid ice. 20 ft from having the trailer in just started spinning.

was that the load line you were backing into? Its a slight incline.. so that happens a lot!

Used to drive me nuts when I hauled furniture from Helena to Alberta: I'd be trying to back my truck in to a trailer; and I'd slow down a bit as I approached the trailer, so that I wouldn't slam into it. Then, OMG... <spinning tires> .. drive back down the hill, try again.

That's good you manage to get yourself unstuck. Can you imagine what a wrecker would have costed? If it ever comes to that, does your company pay for the wrecker or do the drivers? Many companies charge drivers for getting stuck. You know how it goes, its always the drivers fault.
