Stuck near Eugen, OR with mechanical problems...

When it rains it pours... i have three issues that popped up out of nowhere. Nail in brand new steer tire, steering gear box puoring oil out of the weep hole, and coolant leaking out of bottom corner of radiator. Im looking for a good small shop near by that can help me with these issues. I dont like to jerry rig anything but i dont want to get raped at the dealer here. TA wont patch steer tire (small nail thru tread), Radiator im assuming i would need recored, and local International here will not reseal steering box,, new one will not come in for almost 2days... if anyone knows the area or a good shop that can get me up and running ur help is appreciated.
