I posted an earlier Question on whether to go Stevens or USA via C1 in Fort Worth..

But as a 24 year old with perfect driving record (tickets/accidents) that is 100% free to stay out as long as needed and with zero needs as to routes/trainers/etc.. WHAT IS THE BEST SCHOOL/COMPANY TO GO WITH IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET MY FOOT IN THE DOOR ASAP??

I have already been approved by steven's and USA, but does that REALLY mean I'll have guaranteed work/miles once I graduate and do my company training/work to get to solo??

I have seen many stories on here of people getting their training and they get let go or the company cuts their miles down to create the conditions to force the driver to quit..

So with that in mind, what is the opinion of the forum on whats the best option for me to get working asap and with a company I know I'll be working for the one year commitment.

No company can guarantee you a job when finished. They don't know your aptitude, work ethic or talents before you start training, therefore you can't reasonably expect a job guarantee.
As for miles? You EARN those.
Once you prove you can and will run, arrive on time for pickups and deliveries and follow company procedures, you will get more and more miles.

i understand they cant gurantee long term employment but I mean do they guarntee you will have an oportunity to Prove yourself/opportunity to EARN it.. (meaning once graduated do they guarantee you will start your training OTR)

.. OR do they really just let you graduate and say tough luck and now you owe us 6k... (its been suggested that they earn money by just putting students in school and on purpose not give them any work once graduated so that the student is forced to quit and then owes the company 6k)

As i said earlier I have ZERO home-time requests or any kind of requests for that matter I literally will do anything or go anywhere for however long needed.. so I just want to know which company will I have the best opportunity to as you said EARN the miles.. i dont want to get myself in a situation where I am just sitting not earning simply because i chose the wrong company.. because i know lack of miles will never be because i refuse to work or am unable work..

when you get to school the originals may drop you, but you can always sign on with someone like Werner or Swift. it is common. C1 wasn't the greatest but you make of it what you can and do your best and you'll do fine. C1 is hard on the pocket book though.
