Did you say you was going to team with that guy????

You should have already talked to your manager about this abuse. If he didn't correct the problem....you should be RUNNING from that company.

Truthfully when he said he defecated in the truck....I never would have set foot in it.

In training does not mean you are in prison, stand up for yourself.

    crst?

if you are in training you should be acting as a solo driver not a team operation. it also means that that you should be the one running the truck as if you were out there solo. how elese can u learn how to do it. he is suppose to be there to help ,watch, and guide. 6 days no shower what must the customer think of you. call the co u are working for and get a new trainer. someone who will help u learn the right way. it is not cheap to be out here. coffee can cost 10 bucks a day. water, soda and other drinks even more. any of the coolers work about the same. you need to stand up for your self or this industry will run all over you.

Back in the day I had a trainer similar to this one.Very laid back only he was an excellent trainer.Did'nt use me for the miles.I spent thanksgiving with his family.During the 4 days he had off we practiced backing. He just had one problem well 2 his hygiene and messy trk.He paid me to clean it and do his laundry.I always took showers on the road,he did whenever.I had it with his bo especially when he reached to grab something.I finally told him he smells and needs to clean up,its very offensive. So after that he took a shower every other day.Sometimes everyday depending how much time we had.I didn't have any problem with his training one bit.

That's easier said then done, try telling a company this should be a solo operation not team. They're as bad if not worse then many of the trainers. They hire them for cheap labor and huge profits. Why do you think many trainers get away with a lot no matter what the students say.

I will be heading to trucker school in about 3 weeks. I am a female, sassy, socialite type...love my hair and nails done...UBERLY the complete opposite of the "TYPICAL TRUCKER GIRL" but lol its my dream to truck and I promise you, I WILL SHOWER...EVERYDAY...My boyfriend is a trucker, we spent each night at a flying j or pilot when we were on the road together, and we showered regularly...there is NO PAYCHECK IN THE WORLD that would stop me from getting clean. I mean after 11 hours you have to sit...so why sit as a stink bomb...WASH YOUR BEHIND! Your trainer is nasty...period point blank. Who wants to be cooped up with the stench of poo in a trash can in a truck? YOU CAN TELL HIM I SAID HE'S NASTY!

Listen to Pete. That poop in the cab is really disgusting, if true. 6 days without a shower? Maybe we should tell you about the membership benefits at Pilot/Flying J, Petro/TA, and Love's Travel Centers. Way too long. Forget those baby wipes, yo, try some personal hygiene. If you can order truck stop food, you can get a shower. They are free, and/or deductible by the way.

I am a webdeveloper/graphic designer by trade. I LOOK FORWARD TO STARTING MY ADVENTURE...AND STARTING MY TRUCKER CHICK BLOG/WEBSITE...Their will be a section called CAUGHT YOU STINKY! While traveling with the man, I saw and smelled some disgusting things. Humans just shouldn't be that dag on nasty. They should regulate cleanliness.

you don't need to be sick to poop in a can. there are 1000's of miles in this country that are totally bare with no restroom. and most times. there's traffic on the road so you can't really just go out and squat. and if you happen in a town that happens to be open. most times there's no place to park your truck. and sometimes you'r still not allowed unless your a customer.

it sucks. but when mother nature calls. you can't really ignore her. specially if you just ate a bad meal.

if you have a smartphone. download mydattruckstop app. cuz you just might need a walmart somewhere and it'll guide you there.
best app you could possibly have when it comes to mother nature. it lists walmarts, truckstops, and rest areas based on your gps location.

needing a toilet and the closest one is 500 miles away. worst possible thing about being a trucker. but pooping in a can. would be the same thing as actually having one of them mini toilets walmart now sells. has a toilet seat but you still poop in a bucket. it's just shaped like a toilet.

    think, motorhomes.
