I make just as much with my pressure washer & soap bucket mops around 6 o'clock pm in 2 hours on a weekend than I made in 14 hours of work with Conway.
Washing the trucks not driving them is where the monies at.
Cash only sir
Place has gotten a lot better over recent years. Still sucks though. Become a finisher and the pay is ok . last a year and only have one minor accident and you are eligible.
10 CPM extra for napping internet browsing and guiding ppl in parking spots. Not bad...not too bad.

CargoWahgo sounds like you got the answer, was thinking of doing the samething here in Cali. I live near border plenty of trucks nearest truck wash like a 100 miles ,talked to one guy got a truck, power washer, water/soap tanks nice ride he charges $60.00 but any way's that's for later.
CargoWahgo Thanks this. -
Cali would murder you for wasting their precious water for a stinky nasty truck driver. How dare you.
No problems in my area we don't care about water unless it is boozed. -

Thx... I have talked to her very nice lady, We have Katura as our recruiter she is also very nice..
We should find out today if we have a pre-hire and they will be sending us to school tuition, room and board paid for contract of 1 yr .. decided since they pro-rate the payback on the contract we would go to school on their dime since we plan on staying at least 1 yr at any company we signed on with.. -
Make sure you read that contract carefully Trucking companies are really shady the contract will most likely state that it will make payments for a year don't expect a lump sum payoff...

What he said.
With Conway that's priority #1. Learn company policy in and out so you can twist it to favor you.
There's a lot of stuff that can piss you off if you are malinformed at Conway.
Policy rules here. No I mean the policy is king.
(The insurance policy is super king to that)
The dispatchers are sofa king.....well..... Let's not use that language.
