I agree. They might as well be part of mexico or cuba already anyway, thats the majority of the population at least in South Florida.

 

As the parent of a student at this very school, I have to say that it was a simple matter of respect for where you are and what is going on. When I was growing up you didn't have to agree but just be respectful. Maybe that's old school on our part, but frankly I'm tired of walking on eggshells all the time so as not to offend anyone else. I've had enough of th PC bull and just want to be an American, period. I am not a hyphenated American. And yeah, this is a bit of a rant as there are more important issues to be addressed. Just my 2 cents worth.

I was told to remove a small American flag decal from my truck at a previous company because it "might offend someone of another culture". And when I didn't, they came up and tore it right off. I hate this 'pc' crap!

 

I'd have had a larger one airbrushed on and if anyone messed with it, tampering/vandalism charges would be filed. There also may be fire involved.

 

It was a company truck, so my hands were tied. But they could've approached me in a more professional manner. But yet other drivers were allowed to have college logos

 

Ah, in that case I'd have got them on video, uploaded it all over the net, and found a different company. I never paid much much attention to those flag stickers but now that I know it pisses people off I'll make sure to put one on my truck from now on.

 

They did the same to a 9-11 tribute logo as well. I told em where they could put their 'political correctness' crap. No wonder that company has a revolving door of drivers

 

you should go ahead and type the name of this company as many potential hires will want to know just whom they will be working for.surely policy at this forum will allow it considering all the BAD TRUCKING COMAPNY posts.
