Students that can't drive manuals?

    The bottom line is this:
    1) EVERY truck driving student should learn how to shift on manual transmissions, as well as test out on manual transmissions, at their state DMV's.
    2) It would not be a bad idea for all beginning truck drivers to drive manual transmissions on their first job to gain as much experience as possible on them, lets say a minimum of 1 to 3 years. This experience would GREATLY increase their chances of employment at so many more trucking companies throughout the U.S.A.!

    WEL companies has automatic trucks. I do here there are some down falls of the autos though
