    STUDY - ELECTRIC/HYBRID VEHICLES

    Hey You!
    As a master's student in Cognitive Science at Umeå University Sweden, the student is currently investigating professional driver's attitude and requests towards driver information; more specifically electric and/or hybrid vehicles. During an internship course at Umeå University, this study is conducted together with Volvo Trucks Technology, the research and development unit for all Volvo Group truck brands. The study is mainly concerned with attitudes, thoughts, and opinions regarding electric/hybrid vehicles and its functions in work-related environments. The study takes approximately 5 minutes, and the information will be used to increase knowledge from professional driver's experiences.

    The technology is too new to be useful, effective, or efficient.
    Add to that the fact that support structure needed isn't there to support the equipment, and you've got a dead horse.
    Electric vehicles, in my opinion, are the antithesis of their purported benefits...
    The rare earth metals used in their construction are mined, causing much more damage to the planet than they can hope to resolve.
    Invest in developing conventional diesel technology, increase efficiency and power output, and the overall benefit will crush the ev tech 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.
