TMC does have excellent equipment which is a plus.On the road you will not see one run down trk or trl.The drivers are required to keep trk as clean as when it was issued to you.Mechanics go over it when you get back to the terminal. If its clean to their standards heard you get a bonus and if not heard they deduct so much from your pay.Heard you are required to wash trk once a week and you do recive polish when you get your trk. This is what a few tmc drivers have told me.I think with this company you're less likely to get picked on by the dot.Werner I did drive for them for 3 yrs,any questions just pm me.Oh,and welcome to the forum.

What they dont tell u on percentage pay as i had recruiter explain it to me is if u hit certain bench marks u may be able to pull in .48cpm but only last 3 months. Then they review the numbers again and lets say ur last 3 months were not good ud be dropped to maybe .29 cpm etc. So not always the same.

I know Boyd started my bf out at .38 cpm when he's done with his training. They do 1 wk orientation, 5 wks with trainer, and another week training at AL hub before getting a truck of your own. As I said my bf is still in training but so far they have been really good to him.

Maverick would be an excellent choice.
    TMC would be good also.
Gordon has a good reputation; send a Private Message to tow16 for Gordon questions.

Will make more money annually with flatbed or tanker.
    Look at these also:
    Burkhart Enterprises
    Superior-Carriers
    Melton Truck Lines
    R.E. West
    Ozark Motor Lines
    Schneider tanker division
