Arrow policy is different from dot regulations. coils over 33,000 lbs require 6 chains for arrow policy. you broke it, and i guess a proud employee turned you in. reminds me to dot my i's cause i try to cross the t's. did they make you watch a safety video?

I know that Maverick gives you 8000lbs per chain. I would have put six chains on as well. I have never understood the laziness in the flatbed world. We are already out there getting sweaty, and already pulling chains, binders, and coil protectors out. How much time is one more set? Is that one set worth a families life?
You bet it is. -
let's see, five of Arrows standard 5/16 chains on a 44650# single coil with only one in the center? Yea,, right. :-/
