Do company drivers pay for their own gas?

Haha. AS much as I'm tempted to just let that go I just can't.

Company drivers don't pay for the gas (fuel) out of their own pocket. They're issued a company fuel card that works on a nationwide system like a ComData card. Then you use it like a credit card at the truck stop and then the company is billed for the fuel.

This would have been a stupid question if you hadn't asked. :biggrin_25517:

It's common for expedite drivers to pay for fuel . They get 60% of the gross revenue and fuel costs come out of that .

Yes they pay for there own gas! (in their car)

If you are a company driver then the company pays for the fuel/diesel.

If you are an O.O. then yes your whole pay check goes for fuel and whatever is left over you can put gas in your car!
