    yeah, they will say the truck should have had submarine cameras....maybe a laser sight warning beam, maybe even low trailer air skirts

    That’s about 70 miles from me, at least it happened in Kentucky,
    I wonder if the truck driver noticed it right away or someone had to run him down.
    I highly doubt I would even feel or notice it.
