Subway Reportedly Wants Stores Open 91 Hours A Week

well, jobs ARE available, so if Subway demands that of the franchise owners?

good luck finding employee's to replace the ones walking off the job.

no one needs to work a low wage job for more than 6 to 8 hours a shift.

 

Well.. not everyone has the thinking skills above making a sammich with instructions in picture format.

Seriously, theses types of jobs are only meant for HS and college kids to do in their spare time. If your trying to feed a family off of fast food pay, well you done messed up

 

Just thinking out loud, I wonder how many $8 subs you have to sell before you break even for the month before you take a paycheck as a franchisee?

 

as i recall, that was among the biggest "beef" the franchisee's had with Subway, when Subway runs those low priced sandwich deals from time to time.

So two 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri. One shift on Sat. And a 3-hour shift on Sunday. Or break up the hours however you want and run shifts.

Doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Many industries run 24/7/365.

 

I hope they run themselves out of business JMO..
Then when Jade gets out of the big house he can buy the stores for .10 on the dollar and open up a new chain .. Pronhut Subs.. & hire a boat load of Paroled convics to run them Iam sure they won't complain about anything
