    Hey,

Around 6000 miles ago while driving my Volvo 2007 with Cummins air pressure started to decrease. Called in service and it was a leaking hose. Today my truck had a hard time building air...but it eventually started to build. About 5 mins later all of a sudden I started to smell something burning. All my bags had no air in them. I am now on the side of the highway.

Mechanics told me it could be the compressor or valve. The tanks are rusty.

What do you think the problem is before I call in service and get butchered?

Please help me out everyone. Thanks

Could be dirty and causing the system to lose the air. Best way to check start your truck and check the release valve feel if air is coming out. Had one do it once to me while I was leaving the yard. Didn't worry about it. 3 days later going down mountain in pa my air dropped lol
