Ya you got to watch these people doing stuff for you. I would call it a bad case of little mans sendrome or the little women who never had shet.

I had a simulare situation happen to me at Pepboys were I had a little fat women demand I show receits for some spent light bulbs I was using to try an match up for my car.
Becouse I did'nt check them in at them at the front door she was insenutating I was trying to steel them.

They were burnt bulbs so I let her have them. I tried to explain and point out to her. But she just did'nt want to hear it. I think above all it was a power trip on here part.

I quite smoking about 5 years ago, I used to smoke a pack of camel non filters every day sometimes two. Smoked for about 20 yrs.

I've smoked a stoge from time to time, namely wene I've been drinking and someone offers one. But I have never gone back to being a habitual smoker I once was, thank God.

Good luck and watch you got some unscrupaless people out there. Wait till you meet little Mr. DOT who got picked on all his life.

What I meant is that you don't have a choice about doing a fine job of being an o/o. you absolutely have to do well if it means staying out for months on end, staying up all night crunching numbers, and talking on the head set all day to get things straight. If you're an o/o, you're not done until the truck payment and other expenses are taken care of. That goes for any business; if you're the owner, you don't often get a break.

yea, that does make sense, and when I think about it, I prefer that the DOT make as few of my decisions for me as possible.

I think I met that guy once. I'd have loved to stick his little DOT stick up his big gaping DOT hole.

Your stealing !! from the store. told her to check the insides. She said no and if I ever went inside store again she'd call the cops ..... There are no exceptions. If the O/O has the trucks leased to a Motor Carrier, the Motor Carrier is responsible for the drug testing program. If the O/O has his/her own authority, he/she is the Motor Carrier and is still responsible for the drug testing program. The drug testing program must meet the specifications set forth in the FMCSA rules and regs.

Notice that if the O/O has the trucks leased to a Motor Carrier, the O/O is not the one responsible for the drug testing, the Motor Carrier is.
