I was just wondering if someone was willing to make a suggestion as to a carrier that would best fit me, since i already have my cdl but don't have a whole lot of experience.

I have about 4 months of local experience, and about 2 months OTR. I have my tanker end. but no hazmat.

I need the company to be military friendly, I am in the national guard and have once a month weekend drills. which is about the only thing on the "mandatory" list

rider policy- the sooner passengers allowed the better

I would prefer to stay on the western side of the states, I am just east of cheyenne on I-80 so a nebraska or colorado terminal would be great

I would like to get into flatbad loads rather than dry van, but just a preference.

other than that, i guess just go for the best i can.
