Suggestions for Non HAZMAT OTR carriers (pets ok)

Been driving CDL for 25 years now. Hauling fuel for the past 9 years, 8 of them in GA/FL...
Might be jumping the gun but today went to renew my TWIC card and the question on "involuntary committed to mental facility"(answered no) might be a disqualifier depending on the wording of my medical chart for a one time admission/committment(?) a couple years ago.(I should know more next week but in the mean time I'm exploring other options.
Then, if I fail the TWIC background check obviously I lose my HAZMAT endorsement also. And they become invalid immediately....

Any recommendations for OTR that doesn't require HAZMAT/TWIC???
Also, I have a 7 yr old dog thats been holding up the house while I work 12 hours a day. can't bear to consider getting rid of her. I could find a temporary home for her while training, but I need to be able to take her with....
