Summer time and insects through the windows

So, not using A/C when it would benefit the Human seems akin to not using the heater in Winter.
Is the truck Volvo, Mack or Freightliner??

I NEVER Had a problem with Bugs hitting me Face yet I didn't do much Open Window Driving when temperatures suggested CLOSED WINDOWS and I weren't no "steering wheel holder" or "seat warmer".

Not only that… my seat is heated/cooled by itself! I’m not needed to be a seat warmer!
I hope every trucker is holding the steering wheel!!!
No feet on the dash though and I don’t watch movies while driving….

I have learned real quick to keep the windows up when stopped to keep the flys out. Especially when at a meat or egg based distributer…Not much worse than a fly bugging me for a few hundred miles….

 

I’ve been driving with no AC for four summers straight. Can’t figure out the issue, but to address the bugs. Had a 2 inch giant wasp fly in, felt something crawling up my leg. It was that monster of a mf. Pulled over so quick youda thought I was glitching.

 

wear a face shield/ Glue frogs or lizards on the mirror.

Seriously, who drives with a window open in the bugs season.
