    Any update with this company? They are advertising heavily.
    90% of gross? 90% of what? Honestly I don't care much about the company as long as they would keep a truck running and pay honestly.

    Escrow accounts are becoming more common, drivers aren't being trained properly, they destroy equipment and then 3-6 months later they quit. I'm not saying it's right - a company can't legally force an employee to pay for equipment damage - I know this first hand - but, a lease operator, yes they could.
