Debating on going to orientation with Super Service (OTR) in Grand Rapids, MI and Werner in Pa (dedicated account with Werner). Insight, thoughts, etc. I'm a recent CDL school grad with tanker and hazmat endorsement.

Those your final 2 options? Maybe Schneider with your tanker endorsement? Need more info for others advice ... like where will you be living?

I'm waiting to hear back from Schneider. They would be my choice, but haven't heard from recruiter. I live in South Jersey between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. I'm looking into Watkins and Shepard in addition to the others.

I'd look at schneider tanker division before the other two me personally I'd try to find a small company that would take you trust me theres always somebody that will hire you with no experience just got to look and put in the effort better then them mega companies that don't pay crap.
