    Good advice. You should also call the closest terminal manager. You will need to do a face to face meeting and the local TMs make the hiring decisions. Applicants must be approved by corporate but are hired locally.

    I talked to one of their drivers a while back,
    he has been there a while and spoke well of them.
    They look after their drivers as far as pay goes.
    He explained he was paid for pretty much everything
    related to the load . Right down to 10 hours a day waiting pay.

    No bonus, but we get sleeper berth pay. It's $10 per night, which adds up (i.e. an extra $2K a year if you stay out 200 days). I use it to buy my food, lol. We get yearly raises too.

    does anyone know anything about the Charlotte, NC terminal and how the running is out of there, ive talked to the TM on the phone seems like a straight up guy, he told me to talk to some of the drivers but i hadnt been able to see one on the ground as of yet. thanks for any input

    I don't know much about Charlotte at all. Only been there a couple of times. Once was to pick up an empty and the other time I was tankwashed there after unloading because they wanted a specific trailer to go back to High Point. Its so close to my home terminal they always sent me there.

    Ok thanks for the reply anyway I'm suppose to have a face to face in a couple weeks maybe I will be able to run across a driver or two by then. Thanks again wsyrob
