Yes. We have created several options. I need another day or so to put up the live page. But for example, here's one to lay across a dash and get it close, but below the eyeline.

That's what I was thinking say like on the cascadia have the arm extend over top of dash and tablet above head unit. My drawing sucks but might see what I'm thinking. uploadfromtaptalk1423701673225.jpg

RM's next product will be in the form of glasses ....

or better yet a small unit that sits on the dash and displays the screen onto your windshield with a see thru display..

I wish I have seen this sooner..

I was on the road, just came back tonight, and my 730 is basically a very expensive paperweight. It came up with a dreadful "Navi.exe" error in California, and I haven't been able to get it to work since.

Now, "Navi.exe" error comes up as soon as I start it up, before Windows CE loads, and neither restart with the orange button, nor reset button help.

When connected to a computer, dock recognizes it, shows that it is up to date, no updates available, and I am able to get in to Settings & Maintenance -> Diagnostics & Repair

Dock downloads the file needed for diagnostics fine(8 MB or so), and checks the files fine, slow, but it checks them. Then it proceeds to repair 24 files, and comes up with the conclusion that 24 files are repaired.

But, it still wont start...If i do the diagnostics again, again it comes with 24 files that need to be repaired, and then they are (in the mind of the dock), and then I can do it again, and again, and again.....

So far, tonight I've done it about 10 times, but it still won't start.

You have any suggestions? I would like to have a working unit..

I am home tomorrow and friday, if you want to remote in to it

    Thanks

Window CE loads first then the Navi files. They cannot load backwards. If you are on the splash screen Win CE already loaded. If you got the error that fast I suspect your file that load first are corrupted. Try to call into RM CS and see if they can repair.

    Thanks,
    Mark

new map update is missing major canadain additions that are still not added.
    For example:
Canada Center Port Way ( MB-190) in winnipeg manitoba is still missing. A major trucking route and hub area. as far as i can tell there is no tell rand function for me to say ROAD HERE not driving in the weeds.

Why havent you combined flying J and Pilot quick searches like you have TA/ Petro

so far alot of fuss for not much.

RM uses the same POI listings for the TND and the RVND. RM chose to keep those separate as a lot of drivers and RVer's tend to stay at the Flying J more.

It is showing on HERE and I asked RM to verify if it is on the next set of maps in testing.

    Thanks,
    Mark

The 2 chains create the largest fuel network it would simplify the searching for fuel stops when trip planning for many people not nessarly where to stay. although i see your point.

MB-190 is located off the perimiter hwy on the west side leading east into the city streatching north of the airport and connecting to route 90 (major trucking area, 2 of canadas major carriers are based in that area) mb-190 connects just north of the hwy 1 transcanda west exit.

It is strange to see something like this missed as it is listed in the 2015 version of RM motor carrier atlas.
