You should have taken the time to read thru this thread before downloading. Some people are experiencing difficulties for various reasons. I waited until i got home to do this expecting problems but some have not experienced them.
Also i have a spare 720 in case of a crash if i am unable to resolve it before i go back out tuesday.
read thru this thread at least the last 25 pages and you might find a solution. -

When I click on the Rand McNally Dock icon, a 'User Account Control' window opens and asks, "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?"
Program Name: RNDDockLauncher.exe
Publisher: Unknown
File origin: Hard drive on this computer
I click the 'Yes' button
THEN a window opens stating "The Rand McNally Dock is initializing and will be ready to go in just a few seconds." Then it disappears and I see nothing.
All the while, the TND 720 will just say it's CONNECTED. It appears on My Computer as 'IntelliRoute TND ( E: )'
I have TeamViewer All-In-One full version installed and have ID and Password to PM you.Mark Kling Thanks this.
