Hi Mark,

My 730 broke down, was sent to Rand, and I received it today.
I backed up the unit in dock, but, with my luck, hard drive dies...
I backed up my old 720, and luckily it's in my Dropbox.
This is what I have in the folder that I backed up

what do I need to copy to 730 to get my Address Book and Truck profile back?

Ever since the latest map update my 720 is a paper weight in major metro areas. Every time I get in the DFW area it freezes up. I can go back to the main screen and go back to map and it update my location and speed and all. Normally I am going to the same place there but when i was going to a new receiver last week i just about blew my exit because i glanced at the gps which told me i had 7miles to go when i was only a half mile away. RM customer service is a joke and just makes excuses. Is there anything i can do about my paper weight to get it working correctly again?

 

Through the tnd dock at home on my network there with a brand new 8gig card. I reset the device and even got another new card. Same problem. Major meto or locks up.

 

Well, i just had a 4. It went in the dash went i went to put it back in so now I'm about to walk across the street too walmart and go buy another. Will look for that 10 on the new one.

 

I got the new GPS the 730? Wish I bought the tablet wish there was a return lol
