The side slot is reserved for future use. Even if you place an Micro SD Card in the slot the TND will not access it.

What operating system are you running?

Make sure you have hidden files/folders turned on.

There is another log you don't see that keeps track of your update logs.

"quit" the dock in the start up tray if it shows, bottom right of screen.

C:/user/(your name)/appdata/local/RNDDock/cache/ComponentCache - delete this folder.

Connect the TND and the dock will start. The update button will highlight. Update.

Then run D/R and see what happens.

Sometimes you have to go into your "regedit" and do a search on RNDDO and clear out the registries. Only do this if you feel comfortable with this. Else, you can toast your computer.
