Did you require an SD card?

I already had a SD card and the update that required it installed. I update the unit about every 2 weeks or at least check for a update.

Did I mention I have the 2 year fix it plan. Would the speaker be covered? The speaker totally went out this week. No sound at all.

RM hates making left turns across 2 or more lanes...even if there is a light to turn with. I've gotten in the habit of using the satellite view on google maps to see what it looks like.

    From RM -

We don’t have any restrictions on King Mill Rd that are preventing the suggested route. It takes the suggested way to the address only when non-STAA truck settings are used, and it does show this as the faster, shorter route.

It wants to stay on GA-155, which is the STAA route until it stops at US-23/PA/42. Then it continues down US 23 to King Mill Rd.

    <<>>

set your trailer to 48' 96" to go to Non-STAA settings.
    Thanks

Call CS again and let them know you called before, they should have your last call on file and let them know you need the DC cords.

    Thanks

It is not RM not wanting to make the turn, but the Map data not seeing the crossover. This is slowly being corrected by HERE.

    Thanks,
    Mark
