Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Been busier than usual around here lately. Yes, we have the maps on an SD card. The roads that are marked with "no trucks" signs are Jacks Drive at Crossville Highway (GPS coords 36.11341 -85.24182) and Hillwood Street at Crossville Highway (36.11244 -85.23684). Thanks for all your help.

I passed them up to RM GIS. They added them.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I am having an issue with my 770LMT. I took it off the windshield mount to keep it out of the sun about 7 hrs ago and now I can't get it to power back up.
I am almost certain that I turned it off before storing it.
If not, how long should it take to charge enough to turn it back on. Thanks.
    Any input would be great!

That is a Garmin unit, not a rand McNally.

Make sure the charging light is coming on while plugged in if indeed you did drain the battery.

I just picked up the TND Tablet from the local truck stop. When I started it up it asked me my name and email to register that's completed.

I would like to get the Traffic subscription for this TND Tablet how do I go about that? The description page doesn't mention the Tablet. Does the Tablet have a different traffic source?

edited: somehow I got traffic for free and predicted traffic also.

Restart the download and make sure you have any Antivirus programs disabled.

    Thanks,
    Mark

As noted above, this is an RM support thread. If you are having issues with your Garmin, please post in a new thread.

    Thanks,
    Mark

How do I copy my address book from the 520 over to the new Tablet? Also can the recent history go over?

How do I change the driver name that displays at the top? Right now it says J. Smith. I guess the factory put that there.

Go to the RM Market, create an account, and then download traffic. Traffic is free.

    Thanks,
    Mark
