Been seeing some weird routes lately the top image is one the that I just got pulling into a rest area in Ohio. It don't even follow a road.
    Screenshot_2015-11-10-11-25-57.png
At this intersection a big truck will never make the corner, this is just outside Bokoshe OK.
    Screenshot_2015-11-10-11-17-53.png
.And this one same area both routes have a 3 ton bridge on the route going to bluebird stone Shady Point OK became a deal as I had no cell service to call for real directions.

Why would none of the routes here show rolling the rest of 86 to 90.

This one I stopped at a truckstop and the route to Denver sent me back to Kansas City and called it Denver.
Screenshot_2015-10-31-17-00-29.png Loogootee IN to Paoli IN why would it not give the route option of US 50 ~US 60~ IN 37.

Hard to saw without knowing what unit you got, what map set, what version.

What are your Truck Tools/Truck Info and your Preferences/route settings?

    Thanks,
    mark

I've been trying to get support with Rand Mcnally for awhile, but till then I switched to another GPS... The TND 730 and after performing an update with the dock on my computer and then start to look around the system, it occasionaly likes to hang up and takes 5 seconds to go to another screen.
Another issue is now the Wi-Fi on the unit. It worked one time when I had it connected to my hotspot, and then after about an hour it said there was no connection, and no matter if I did a reset with the reset button or tried to hit enable on the wifi screen it now says "Unable to enable Wi-Fi."

The occasional hang up is still being looked at.

Some tablets will accept a sim. I guess that means that wi-fi would not be necessary to connect to a website. Can the TND Tablet acccept a sim and connect without wi-fi. I know I can do this via my smartphone but that's two devices.

No, the tablet will connect only via a Hotspot. The Tablet is not capable of cellular.

    Thanks,
    Mark

So i have 2 randys the 720 and the 730. my 720 worked great for about a year untill i attempted to update it. the dock software seems to have a horrid time at running on any of the windows computers that i have. the software locks up and refuses to respond. due to the software the 720 only half updated and now every time its plugged into the computer windows tells me the device needs repaired. i attempted to run the repair tool in the software with no apparent luck. the software worked long enough to tell me it fixed all the problems so i attemtped to update the software and the maps. both failed to install onto the 720.

so i got a bit frustrated and bought a 730 off a buddie of mine who was getting out of the business.

the 730 crashed (nav.exe) within the first week of running it. and generally crashes once every week. so i think to myself it needs a update to fix it....

i plug in the 730 and the 720 while at the house this trurkey day in a final attempt to get them both working straight. i now regret this decision.

i reran the repair on the 720 and it says it fixed it. i installed the update. i attempted to install the maps (sd card inserted) it froze soon after starting and would not finish the install. i let it try for 8 hours to no avail. i unplugged the device and set it aside. no problem i got the 730 right...

    wrong

plugged in the 730 installed the software update then attempted to install the map update. it locked upwaited 10 hours with no success. unplugged it and started the process over with the same result.

so ok what ever i have the new software and not the new maps it will be ok right?

    wrong

took both units out to the truck and plugged them up neither will get past the loading screen. the little blue bar makes its way across the screen gets to the end and restarts. both units have been doing that for the past hour.

i am attempting to run a repair on them but as per normal the dock software is not responding. i am at my wits end with these problems.
