    Routing issues with the TND-720.

I-278, Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Brooklyn, NY. The 720 will route to the 92nd Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway exits when set for a 53' trailer, despite the exits being restricted to trucks under 33 feet in length. PDF files with images of signage attached.

Is there now an update on the dock that addresses these issues. I have told my wife, who is on the road right now, not to update her 720 until a fix has been pushed to the dock. Her unit has been pretty good but is staring to freeze at certain times.

    Thanks
    John

Try ending Dock through right click & close or cntrl+alt+del, then restarting dock with device still plugged in.

Try restarting computer with device still plugged in.

Try different USB ports on motherboard.

Try uninstalling the connected TND device through device manager & rebooting.

Try uninstalling Dock software & TND device, reboot, then reconnect & reinstall with freshly downloaded version.

I sent you a PM... Make sure you are using the RM USB cable. Other cables may/may not work.

What is your processor? I am asking this as some of the older TND's had issues with some processors and had to use a 1' usb cable.

    Thanks,
    mark

Hopefully this will correct the problem on my 730.
The replacement I just received yesterday suffers from lag. It's extremely slow when entering cities and street names. The replacement unit also locked/froze up 3 times in the first 2 hours.
