    Tablet - TNDT-70 only...

If your screen is "jumping around", on the Truck GPS App, go to preferences/map/auto zoom and turn it off. A fix is being worked on.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I don't know what the deal is with RM ....I received an email saying they received my TND730 on 7/12 and then received another email on 7/27 saying that a technician has been assigned to it. This is crazy....I have had to send unit to shop TWICE in 10 months.

And what RMA number was it assigned and what reason did you send it back in? There is so much information posted I need to narrow it down....

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Mark,

Is there a truck restriction on Beaver Ruin Road between I-85 exit 102 and Indian Trail Lilburn Road in Norcross, GA? The TND-720 always tries to take Hubby around that spot. He tried 48'/96" settings to see if it was an STAA problem, but the two suggested routes were the same either way, so that must not be it. The 720 doesn't have any objections to Hubby being on Beaver Ruin on either side of that area. We were just wondering what the problem is with that short stretch of road. Thanks!

Yes... Both laptops that I've tried it on... Both same results get the notification that there is a map update and it then "not responding " the just shutting down completely
