For those who have Tablets, an version/map update is set for Oct/Nov time frame as of last week. This is subject to change.

You will see a "bobbing" white down arrow in the upper left when an update is available. Be sure to be on decent if not high speed Wi-Fi as the maps will be about 4 gb.

For those with limited Bandwidth on their data plans a work-around is being worked on.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Try in car mode and see what the distance is.

Car mode - routes correctly - truck restriction issue.
Car mode - does not route correctly - map issue.

What model of TND are you using?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Check also your SD Card. On it, it should show number which is the class of the card. Does it have a "C" or an "U" around it?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Check that when you can. Either 8gb or 16gb, 32gb will not work.

If an "U" around the class then it will have to be replaced. The hardware on the x10 and x20's cannot read the formatting of the Ultra Cards. That is what the "U" stands for.

It will write the NaviMaps to the SD Card with the Dock, but because the formatting is different on an Ultra Card you will have corrupt map files and will get odd routing.

    Thanks,
    Mark
