If you notice in the post an area in Blue with your name. This is showing I am replying to your post.

Look on the SD Card - Where the "class" of the card is, is there a "C" or "U" around the class of the card? The class will be a 2, 4, 8, or 16.

I have to determine if you have the correct style of Micro SD Card first. If your Micro SD Card has a "U" then you have the wrong Micro SD Card. This has been posted several times in the last few days about this.

If you do have the "U" then nothing can be done until you have the correct Micro SD Card.

Please note the attached PDF File.

    Thanks,
    Mark

That card will never work. The 720 Hardware will not read it correctly.

This is the kind of Micro SD Card you will need. Note it can be either a 8gb or 16gb, class 10 (suggested), but NOTE the "C" around the class. Do not get one if it has a "C" and a "U" together.

Nothing can be done today unless you get the correct Micro SD Card. WalMart sells them also,

It can be a different manufacture.

    Thanks,

    See post 1306 also..

You need either a 8gb or 16gb Micro SD Card. Do not use one for a cell phone either as it is a different format. The card will state it is for Cell phones.

Please note, anything 32gb and higher is considered an "Ultra" type of SD Card and the x10 and x20's hardware will not read the data correctly.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Make sure it is the recommended type.

8gb or 16gb, class 10, "C" around the class and no "U" also on the card.

    Thanks,
    Mark
