Several drivers last weekend had some Micro SD Card issues of being the wrong kind. Have you gotten the right one as suggested?

It takes a lot more than just moving the maps over to the new card. Let me know so we can resolve this.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Alright, once I removed the CAT scales I can see all the others. I'm good with that.

The CAT scale icon sometimes layers itself over the Truck Stop icon. Sorry about that.

    Thanks,

I like the product a lot. Still learning stuff as I use it.

Just picked up the 730, and can't even hear it in the truck. I do drive a louder truck but I could hear the 720 fine and it was never turned all the way up. I read earlier comments but all you said was get a hearing test. I'm 34 and just had a physical last week. My hearing is good.

I suggested that; as hearing decreases without one knowing it.

The 730's I have used and tested (many) in the last two years are very loud. You could have a bad speaker. I would be willing to look at it.

    Thanks,
    Mark

The speaker sounds fine I just can't get any volume out of it. I would take it back but I'm on the road with no receipts and bought it from a pilot in az. Reciepst at the house. Its irritating to pay 400 bucks and not be able to hear it unless your rolling through a truck stop at 10 mph. Not sure how I can get it to you or what I use while you have it, what's the turn around time? Are you employed by Rand McNally?

    Thanks,
