And yeah endless loop. Even left it on overnight and still was repairing the same 67 files over and over again lol.

Update went good, but now it's repairing walmartpoi.db over and over again.

When I updated my maps, the voice got corrupted - it was very muffled and sounded like she had an identity crisis, half Australian and half American english... I called TS and they walked me through doing a full verify, which fixed the problem, even though I'm also getting the endless loop repairing the walmartpoi.db file. I just cancelled it and everything seems to be working fine, but I'll try doing the verify again at some point, unless there's a specific process I should do to fix this particular issue.

 

Is it just me but the screen in the 730 is extremely difficult to read/see when it's bright outside.
Even in the brightest setting.
Much worse than my 720. I'll try to get a pic of it sometime.

 

Are you referring to when sunlight is on the screen? My solution was to build a sun shade "box" out of black art board (from Hobby Lobby) and attach it to the sides of the RM with Velcro (in the picture hanging section at Walmart).
