    From RM -

Thanks for passing along. We entered this project earlier this month into our database and it will come out with the next construction release on March 1st.

    Thanks,

Thanks but I think it is going back to the TA. First trip and 50 miles into it the Truck GPS has stopped repeatedly. I've rebooted and refreshed 6 times now and still it is stopping.

Did you give it a full charge? If the battery is less than 20% then the Truck GPS App will probably shut it down. This App does draw power.

Main Screen/click on the 9 dots in upper right/settings/battery.

On the 80 tablet you will see a graph of the charging.
On the 70 tablet you will see a % and a Charge line.

The 70 is Amazon based for Apps.
The 80 is Google based for Apps.

Battery is showing 100%. I have done a factory reset but did not install the Truck GPS update and it is currently working.

If you start the Truck GPS App what does the charging show? Is it decreasing or holding steady? It is plugged in correct?

    Thanks,
    mark

No. The GPS was stopping after I updated it. Since I did the factory reset and did NOT install the Truck GPS update everything seems to be working. The tablet never shut down, just the Truck GPS was sending a message sayin that it had "Unfortunately " stopped working.

Ah... the RM Launcher and RM Services should have been updated also. Factory Reset will not take the Truck GPS App back to its prior condition. You still have the map update from the first time.

Did you not see RM Launcher and RM Services try to install? Even if you hit the Factory Reset you should have seen them pop up to install.

    Thanks,
    Mark
