Version should be 4026. When you did the Reset it took back the version, but not the maps.

It should be telling you that you have a 3.9gb download available. If it does not then you have to delete one file to allow it to update again.

Apps/File Manager/3 dots bottom right/settings/2nd down/click on show hidden files and folders/back arrow/sd card click on/click on .navi/long press on navi_version.txt. and delete.

Once the download is done/verified/installed, press the reset or turn off/on the tablet.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Update ran for almost two miles and is now saying "Unfortunately, Truck GPS has stopped. Even after restart the Truck GPS stops before I can check the version information.

If it still tells you the App stopped working on the pop up I will need your serial number off the back.

Plus under SD Card Root/.RM Services/RMS_Error_Log. You can start a Conversation with me for my E-Mail address.

The RM Launcher and RM Services update was put out to correct that error.

On the installs on the two above, on the pop up you did not change the top part of the pop up from New or All, just pressed the Install at the bottom and then when it finished, pressed done?

    Thanks,
    Mark

That was a fast 3.9 gb install... did you let install all the way or run in the background while trying to run the Truck GPS App?

    Thanks,
    Mark

It said it was installed. I also took the defaults on the installation.

Since the RM Launcher and RM Services updates were put out to fix the problem, could the problem now be that the Launcher an Services updates are running before the Truck GPS update? How can I force the Launcher and Services update to run again after the Truck GOS update?

Maps should take about an hour to load/verify and install. I average that on my home Network and I have 350mb down, Wi-Fi pushing about 200mb. Something is not right.

    Thanks,
    Mark
