This is not a RM App, but a "Let's Truck" app. I played with mine here and it did not populate so I E-Mailed the support for the App. I went into settings and it does allow to sync with the tablet. Let's see what their support has to say.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The location of the fuel entry in the FuelGauges app is a manual entry, it will not autofill.

If you did a factory reset then you need to view hidden files and folders and then delete navi_version.txt. this will force updates to RM services, tolls, navi version, and RM launcher.

As far as the fuel manager I thought it should. Check your settings. I am still looking at mine
