I would suggest when you get time as with any new device to look at all the screens and see what the device has to offer.

Now what model do you have? This is on the serial number tag on the back.

Since your settings seem to have gone back to default I suspect when the unit booted up the Navi/User/User.ini file was corrupted and it rebuilt and it goes back to default.

Now if this is a Tablet I have never heard of the tablet rebuilding the .navi/user/user.ini file.

Updates do not touch any user files.

I would like you to start a "Conversation" with me as I will like to get some files off your "Unit". If this is a tablet then if you have E-Mail set up it will be easy to grab those files. They should not be large.
