At this point if it was me I wouldn't even bother because apparently this clown can't take a little poke at some humor without calling people stupid and telling them they don't know what they're talking about. Additionally I wouldn't bother with it because if he's "been around PCs since 1995", doesn't know what TeamViewer is, and is willing to believe someone on the interwebz said it's a scam, then apparently telephone support with RM tech is gonna be his only option. Hopefully they can magically find his corrupt files and/or other issues, over the phone, without actually seeing anything at all. I'll just stop here.

But, Mark! since you're a stand up kind of guy, I wish you all the luck in the world dealing with that fella.

 

just because one has been around pc's for along time, does not mean that one knows everything..much like a trucker who proclaims to know it all.

just like an auto mechanic that has been around for decades, does not mean he knows everything.

just because a program or device has "been around", is not to assume that everyone knows that...are you familiar with ASSUME..????

i am not constantly here, even though it may show i am logged on, or on standby. i have several people i am emailing and talking with, throughout my days. Saturdays i get home early Am, check messages, and move on, then sleep when i can.

i thought however, i did mention i wasn't going to provide a way into my pc, earlier?

 

i think i was quoting the msjs guy who made mention of ME being around pc's for a long time. i had no reason to have mentioned you, i was quoting his posting of me?

and it's true, i have no idea what teamviewer is, never heard of it.
