Support Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products. (part two)

I updated my tnd 530 the other day and now it's giving me a ridiculous route when trying to drive from fort worth,tx to Denver,co despite taking i35w to us287 to i70w being the most efficient route.

It's making me detour off of us287 south of kit carson,co and north of eads,co despite that being the shortest and fastest route.there are zero closures on that road. How do I fix this?

It won't route me back from aurora Colorado as well through us287 primarily as well. It keeps avoid that same area between kit Carson and leads. I've tried both the shortest route and fastest with the same result

Dont know if this has been discussed but theres a strip of road missing.

Coming from Atlanta 20W to 65N in Birmingham AL. Then getting on 22W taking it to Memphis,TN

When i get AL it says the road im on is not there and prohibited at some point. But im on 22. Road looks fairly new with construction.But saves time instead of going thru what ever it tries to take me thru. Usually save 30 minutes off the time it shows.
