Truck Tools/Notepad - this is where the "Notes" are stored - Memo.db

Mileage and Fuel logs are in Truck.db

    Thanks,
    Mark

Amazon is not controlled by RM.. You would have to Contact Amazon.

Look at the USB port of the Slice/Tablet. If on the shell of the USB port you see where the seam is, if there is a gap, then that is the issue. Start a Conversation with me for the solution.

    Thanks,

Lots of modules and lines of code. I have never seen this "Box", so by all means, get a picture please.

    Thanks,

Lost as in prior mileage is gone?

This issue was resolved back in March. The Tablet did not lose the .db, it simply created it in another location. I have an APK that you can run to resolve this issue.

Newer versions should have this "fix", but I noticed that the "fix" is not working in the update to the version. I am working with RM with this again.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Nope... you need a 8gb or 16gb Plain Jane SD Care. If the SD Card has a "U" around the class or speed of the card on the face this card will not work. It r/w's data differently and the x10 and the x20's cannot read it correctly.

I have a simple fix for this. It will require you to build a folder and insert a file I can E-Mail you. Then the Dock will be "faked" into downloading the Maps again to the SD Card.

Here is an Example.... note the "C" around the Class or Speed of the card. Also, this is a Class 4, if you can get a Class 10, faster R/W.

    See attached also.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Why should I have to change my settings from "allow tollways" to "avoid tollways" to get the "fastest" route? Or, change it to "shortest" instead of "fastest" when the best route is both "fastest" AND "shortest.' "Allow" should not mean "prefer", and "shortest" is not always the "fastest." I would think we shouldn't have to go in & change settings, look at the route, change another setting, look at THAT route, etc with such a modern piece of equipment.
