I looked at these five and all the users really don't know what to do with a review or know how to use the unit and these are in the top 10.... IF I explain how to use the unit it takes me a minimum of 45 minutes to go over all the features... These are personal reviews with them not know how to use the full functionality of the unit. One had the video sideways.. another told that the "turn points" are places you can reroute.

Seriously this thread is your most informative source.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Traffic was a fubar, I will admit to that. Now I am trying to resolve that.

The unit sits better on the dash than up high, I will admit to that. Easy to pop off if pushed from under.

I can set up a Info-Vid - live if anybody wishes that. I have every model here and I can go over all the details of the units. I can set one up for each type of model, although usually the Truck GPS part is the same for the MOST part..

Do I get Ya or Na's on this?

This is not coming from just buying it and trying to explain it, this comes from 9 years of working with and helping with the software, working on issues on every model and testing almost daily. So, I think I know the models better than most.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Have you had a chance to look at mine? I really don't want to have to buy a new one. Been using the MyOne20 app temporarily.

They told me via email they are redesigning the app as a whole new app in Q4 release date. I’m waiting to see how that works out

Reminder, this is the Rand McNally Support Thread. If you wish to start with another brand, please start a new thread and not in this one.

This keeps this thread on track for Rand McNally Support.

    Thanks,
    Mark
