Guess you didn't read the original post, he said he was bashed in a thread, not necessarily this one. This is what happens when fan boys get their feathers in a twist.

Here's one for the wishlist. Since the only way to get a route created from scratch into the 730 is to create it on Tripmaker then import it, PLEASE make the route in Tripmaker a contrasting color. It currently shows the route in blue which is almost the same color as the roads. If there's a way to change the color I can't find it.

Better still, let the user select the Tripmaker route color just as the GPS itself does.

Preferences>map>route color would that do it? I've never had to imported a route.

They are part of a file that is compiled into the actual software.

There may be other threads, but I don't know about them.

    Thanks,
    Mark

The only thing you pay for is Traffic. Weather and Fuel are free.

It might be your security settings on the MiFi.

Be aware that TripMaker will import the trip, but only by via's points currently. Route import is in the works.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I will be offline for 3-4 days. I have to get a shot (13 Nov) that will have me on the couch for about 3 days.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Cheers Mark
I actually bought a TND730 last night, it's cool but if you could look over the files on the 720 so I could get it connected to the mifi that would be awesome. It's the same mifi it had always connected to till one day it wouldn't and there has been no change to the security settings. In fact the new 730 connected to it right off the bat with no issues.

pm me on Sunday. I will be in no shape the next 3 days to do more than lay on the couch. I had this last year and it is like getting your finger slammed in a door. You don't forget.

    Thanks,
    Mark
