    Crap, so then are you unable to do regular TND updates using your Mac? What Mac OSX / Operating system are you running?

    Go to microsoft's home page and search for install net framework 4.0. It will show a list.. think the 1st or 2nd on the list.. install.

    I am sending you the files per your E-Mail... Note - when working with the Dock or file on the computer, disconnect the TND,,, less chance of doing an oops.

    I can send you a 1.1 hub and you can see if that helps. But, when you connect the TND, you still get unknown device?

    Depends on his TND Model. T5B's do not play well with the Mac. The T5C you might need a USB power hub for the Mac to see the TND.
