hello akhter shiekh, how do i conact you directly. can we have your direct contact email address or phone?
It would be nice to have at least your email address if we have to report issues related to quality of your service.Last edited: Apr 8, 2011

One of the main reasons I returned my 710 was because of the inability to do multi-stop -
On the dashboard screen of my 710 there is the little bar graph under your current speed that says something along the lines of the percentage of the leg of that trip completed. I noticed the other day that it doesn't do anything and it got me wondering what its there for. Anyone figured that out?

Hello
Just purchased a TND 710, works very well but have one issue. When routing from home location it will not allow route to closest entrance to I 80-I 90. Even though it is a truck route it sends you a longer route via state highways. Question is can I change settings for it to do this and other route preferences such as going around Chicago on I 294 rather than through downtown on I 90.
thank you -
Please try to keep the thread on the lines listed above. You have posted many procedures, but those procedures are on a one - to - one basis for issues. They are not a cure all fix for all issues.
If you wish to seek Ahkter as he is the CS Manager, simply call Rand Support.

I am going to walk you through a simple Multi-stop.
1. Enter in a destination and route to it.
2. From the map screen, bottom right, goto main menu
3. Chose destination
4. Chose Multi-stop
5. Chose Current Trip folder.
Think of the Current Trip Folder as a one time shopping trip. Once a route is entered in the Current Trip folder is active. From this folder you can add, delete, reorder your trip or add via destinations.
If you run Multi-stops as a norm, build a regular Multi-stop folder and once the folder is selected and the trip started, use the Current Trip folder for all things you need to do to modify that trip.
