Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

Drove from Eau Claire, Wi to Peculiar, Mo today which is all in central time zone. TND showed arrival to the Flying J here in Peculiar as 7:15. Actual arrival time was an hour earlier (6:15). Where can I find the version?

So I had a nightmare of a time leaving newark, NJ this morning. I routed myself from a shipper to california and my GPS plotted a route to get on the interstate. I turned down a road and I had the displeasure of a 12"3 clearance. It is on meeker ave at the US HWY 22 overpass. Thanks

 

I got all the updates I could this morning.
after updateing
the date says 2/19/2010 on most of those files.
None the less it still says (after updates thue tnd dock)
but when I start it it says current map database is over 1 year old. please visit www.randmcnally.com/tndmaps to obtain latest info. but that page has been under construction since nineteen-dickity-two.

What I do know is it still shows me driving out in the middle of fields. on some roads. But I haven't tested since I updated this morning. Please advise. And sorry I didn't get back to the post sooner.

 

I have a TMD700, and recently sent it in for repair work. When I received it back all of my saved data/addresses were gone. I have backed up my TMD, but when I choose to restore on the TMD dock after restoring there is still no data. Any solutions?
