A lot of your smaller towns the roads are NON-STAA, but you are allowed to make deliveries. They will allow a 48' trailer and set to 96" wide. A 53' trailer or set to 102" will only route you on a STAA road. Most of these will be freeways, US routes and usually within 1 mile of the hwy.

What I meant is that if you are delivering to a smaller town and it seems to take you 20 miles around to get to your destination change it over.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Have you contacted Rand Support? No GPS should show only if you are in a building and it cannot pick up the satellites or when first turned on - this should only last a few minutes.
Never let an issue go this long. If you suspect an issue post it here or simply E-mail me or call Rand Support. No sense you going without your GPS for 5 months.
    Thanks,
    Mark

Now some of the crazy routing you see the last few miles makes since. Might be a great option to have under the detour feature. Ignore STAA for the last 5/10/15 miles of route as long as we could still avoid low bridges and weight limits.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Yes, installed them and want to make sure they are backed up.
